She was born in Wood County, a daughter of the late Wilbur and Margaret Lowers Sellers. She was retired from J.C. Penney, a member of AARP, Wood County Senior Citizens and Wesley United Methodist Church in Vienna.

Mildred is survived by one son, Steven N. Jackson (Connie) of Parkersburg; one daughter, Susan Smith (Herstle) of Cincinnati, Ohio; two grandsons, Christopher Jackson (Nicole) of Simsbury, Conn., and Bruce Jackson (Teresa) of Charleston, S.C.; one great-grandson, Gabriel Jackson; two sisters, Evelyn Ruble of Fleming, Ohio, and Virginia Dean Buckley of Parkersburg; two stepgrandsons, Nicholas and Aaron Smith; and one stepgreat-grandson, Bryce Smith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Jackson; three brothers Delbert, Don and Burl Sellers; and one sister, Marie Parrish.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, with the Rev. Daniel Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens
