SS# - 316-44-3145 The Rochester News Sentinel published his obituary on Thurs., 6 Jul, 1989: Sept. 21, 1942 - Dec. 15, 1991 Services were Wednesday in the Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, for Michael K. ENGLE, 49, Rt. 3, Box 664, Leesburg. The Rev. Richard TAYLOR officiated and burial was in the Oakwood Cemetery. Military graveside services were conducted by the Warsaw American Legion. Mr. Engle was pronounced dead at 3:13 p.m. Sunday at Kosciusko Community Hospital. He had been in ill health for 15 years. He was born in Warsaw to Willis and Margaret BRIGHT ENGLE. On June 1, 1969 he married Marcha TENNEY, who survives. He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. He retired in 1975 from Wholesale Electric Company. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam. He was a member of North Webster United Methodist Church, where he was on the administration board; the North Webster Lions Cub, and was one of the founders of the Kosciusko County KEMRAD unit in 1960. Surviving with his wife are a daughter, Michelle ENGLE, and son, Michael C. [ENGLE], both at home; a sister, Shirley FIDLER, North Webster, and two brothers, Richard ENGLE, Winona Lake, and Larry ENGLE, Warsaw. |
