    Tuesday, 12th December.
    SUDDEN DEATH.- An old man named Michael Bruggy, an old resident of this district, expired suddenly this morning while sitting at the table. He had been ailing for some time past.

    ROBBERY.- Michael Bruggy was given in charge for stealing a horse and cart, but on inquiry it was ascertained that prosecuter and prisoner were mates in the property said to be stolen. The prisoner was at once discharged.
