Michael R. Barrett 65, Fortville, died September 25, 2006. He was born on November 29, 1940 in Greensburg, IN the son of Luther S. and Margaret (McConnell) Barrett.
He was self-employed as a commercial appliance installer and repairman with M & S Repair Service and served in Germany with the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, one daughter, two step-daughters, two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sabra McBride Barrett.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 28, 2006 at Flanner & Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Center 10722 E. Washington St. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at the funeral center. Entombment, Washington Park East Cemetery.
