I MEREDITH PRICE of Westmorland County in Virginia do make constitute ordain & appoint this to be my Last Will and Testament being in perfect sence and memory, that is to say, first I will that my just Debts be paid;
Item. I give & bequeath unto my loving Brother, WILLIAM PRICE, all that tract or percel of land lying & being in the afsd. County & Parish of Washington known by the name of THE WOLF TRAP RUN, to him & his heirs for ever;
Item. I give and bequeath unto my said Brother, WILLIAM PRICE, all that parcell of land whereon JAMES QUIN now lives in the sd. Parish & County to him & his heirs for ever;
Item. I give and bequeath unto my loving Sister, MARTHA HARRISON, one Negro wench named Moll & three head of Cattle to her & her heirs for ever;
Item. I give and bequeath unto my aforesaid Brother, one Negro man named Bob and his heirs for ever;
Item I give unto my sd. Brother, WILLIAM PRICE, a Negro girle named Jean provided he pass to my Sister, MARTHA, eight pounds to him & his heirs for ever;
Item. My will and desire is that my loving Brother, WILLIAM PRICE have all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate let it be of what kind soever to him and his heirs for ever, except one black walnut Table which I give to my Cousin, JOHN PRICE;
Lastly, I appoint my loving Brother, WILLIAM PRICE, my whole and sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament hereby revoking & disannulling all other Wills or bequests heretofore by me made; In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this first day of May in 1749

Westmorland Sct. At a Court held for the said County the 21st day of November Anno Dom. 1751 This Last Will and Testament of MEREDITH PRICE, deced., was presented into Court by WILLIAM PRICE, the Executor therein named, who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of WILLIAM BROWN & SPENCE BASHAW, two of the witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record; Upon the motion of the said WILLIAM & his performing what the Law in such cases requires, Certificate is granted him for obtaining a Probate thereof in due form
