See May 13, 1996 letter from Dale L. Coulson, 126 Robideaux Rd., Aptos, CA 95003 Pho.(408) 688-6689; where he had talked with Melvina by phone at Sioux Falls, SD. She was skeptical about giving information, but advised him that she had a daughter with a family and a son who was a war veteran parapalegic. He also sent me a copy of Charles Clarence Palmer death certificate.
