[edit] OBITMeddie Mae Bradley was born November 19. 1907 in Boles, Arkansas to Ida Bell Pinnick and William L. Freeman. She Passed away March 312, 2008 at Sayre, Oklahoma at the age of 100 years, 4 months and 12 days. Meddie's parents passed away when she was 16 and she moved to Okemah, Oklahoma and began living with her aunt. She was married to Thomas Jackson Bradley at Okemah, Oklahoma on March 3, 1925. They lived in Mason, Oklahoma before moving to the Chyenne community in 1943. Meddie worked as a nurses aide and continued until her retirement. She moved to the Cheyene Nursing Center before moving to the Hensley Nursing Home in June of 2005 to make her home. Meddie was a wonderful, caring mother and grandmother who always had timefor all of her family. She was kind and considerate of others. Meddie had a keen sense of humor with a smile for everyone and was never one to complain. She was truly thankful for what she had, which made her a very happy and contented lady. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church, Okemah, Oklahoma where she taught Sunday Schoo. and played the Piano. She was preceded in death by her Parents, husband, 3 sons, Glen, Sam, and Bill, 10 brothers and sisters, 1 granddaughter, Lisa Barber, 1 great grandson Chris Bradley, 1 son-in-law, Rebel Laxton and 1 daughter-in-law, Barbara Bradley She is survived by her 3 daughters, Gerry Bowers and husband Charles, Cheyenne, OK, Erma Jean Barber, Cheyenne, OK, and Betty Laxton, Sayre, OK; 1 son Jack Bradley and wife Deloris, Norman, OK; 3 daughters-in-law, Wanda Bradley, Cheyenne, OK, Ramona bradley, Red Oak, TX and Ruthie Bradley, Cheyenne, OK: 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 20 great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends...
