McPherson Andrews, 74, of Rt. 3, Carrollton, died Tuesday morning at the home of his son, Donald M. Andrews, also of Rt. 3. He had been ill seven months. Son of the late John S. and Emma (McCausland) Andrews, he was born September 25, 1885, in Lee Township and was a life resident of the township. Mr. Andrews, a farmer all of his life, was a member of Harlem Springs Presbyterian Church.
On November 24, 1915, he was married to Nina May Kohler, who survives. Also surviving are his son; one daughter, Mrs. Florence Hafer of East Canton; a sister, Mrs. Edgar J. Noble of Carrollton and six grandchildren. One brother and a sister are deceased. Services at 1:30 p.m. this Thursday in the Allmon Funeral Home here with the Rev. David Lee Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Harlem Springs Cemetery.
