She may be listed as Marla, Mary, May or Maola. I think she is the Maola Lupton listed in this family.

(Research):There is a May Brown, wife of Charles Brown, listed in the 1900 census in District 174, Humbug, Stanton, Nebraska listed. Her birth year is listed as 1877 even though the age at the time of the census was listed as being 33, which would put her birth year at 1867. The record shows that she was born in Iowa, her father was born in Ohio and her mother was born in England. All of this would seem to fit in logically as 1. William Carr Lupton lived in Iowa between 1860 and 1870, 2. William Carr Lupton was allegedly born in Ohio--this remains to be proven true but is quite plausible, and 3. Emma Walker was the daughter of Englishman John Walker and coulve very well have been born in England before coming to America.

Also, the census record shows that they had been married 12 years at the time of the census, placing their marriage at about 1888. The Nebraska state census of 1885 shows that May was not married at that time, lending credence to the possibility that this is in fact the correct person.
