G 4. Emily, daughter of T. S. Kennedy, born in 1860; married in 1881, Maxwell Sharp Barker, a lawyer of Louisville, whose family is from Hopkinsville, Ky., and Clarksville, Tenn. His grandfather, Solomon P. Sharp, was assassinated in 1820, by Beauchamp, at Frankfort, Ky. Emily Barker has two children, Carrie and Max.
