I can't be sure of what newspaper it is out of, but I believe it is the Brownstown News, of Jackson county, IN. On the back is the town news from Houston, IN., which is in Jackson county. Rushville, IN is in Rush county, IN.)

    Miss Ruth Humes Is Wed To Max Ball VanOsdol

    Mrs. Minnie Humes has announced the marriage of her only daughter, Ruth Jean Humes, and Max Ball VanOsdol, which took place Saturday afternoon at McKee Chapel of the Tabernacle Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis. The wedding hour was 12:45 o'clock and the vows were heard by Dr. Ambrose Dunkle.

    Mr. and Mrs. Earl C. Parker, of Indianapolis, formerly of this city, were the only attendants.

    Mr. and Mrs. VanOsdol are two of Seymour's most popular young people. Mrs. VanOsdol was graduated from Shields High School, this city; and is at present serving as deputy clerk of Jackson county. She is a member of Gamma Phi chaper, Kappa Kappa sorority and is a promiment member of Seymour's younger social set. Mr. VanOsdol, who is the son of Mrs. D. D. VanOsdol of Rushville, was graduated in chemistry from Indiana University, Bloomington, where he was a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He holds the position of chemist with the Blish Milling Company in this city.

    Mr. and Mrs. VanOsdol are at home at 614 North Walnut street.
