OBITUARIES MAX TANDESKI
Max Tandeski, 88, 424 S. Ninth St., died Sunday, Nov. 27, 1988, in The United Hopital.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Catholic Church. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today, with a 7 p.m. prayer service, in Grand Forks Norman Funeral Home. Max J. Tandeski was born May 22, 1900, in Walsh County, N.D., the Josephine Tandeski. He grew up there and later farmed in the Grafton area before moving to Grand Forks in 1951, where he was a carpenter for several construction companies until he retired in 1962. On Nov. 25, 1931, he married Staffie Ebertowski, in Warsaw, N.D.
She survives along with sons, Harry, Jerome and Raphael, all of Grand Forks, Hilary and Leonard, both of Mekinock, N.D.; daughters, Maxine (Mrs. Ray) Skoczylas, Long Beach, Calif., Audrey (Mrs. Roland) Beaudry, Lakewood, Calif., MaryAnn (Mrs. Tim) O'Keefe, Jacksonville, Fla.; 25 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Adeline, 12 brother; and one sister.
