"7 Mathew Woodruff (Mathew 3) b 8 Febr. 1668/69 Milford, Conn. d 23 April 1751 in his 84^th year (ts) Farmington, Conn. … He was captain of the trained band in Farmington. His wife Elizabeth joined the church at Farmington 21 Oct. 1705 when three of her children were baptized, these being recorded in the 2nd Church of Hartford, and he joined the same day."
