Listed on 1901 Census as a Shop Assistant (Worker) while her Uncle, Thomas, was a Baker and Confectioner (Employer). It is therefore a locical conclusion that she lived and worked for her Uncle at 13 High Street, Longtown, Cumberland, England. However, we must take into account that the census took place in the evening, Bakers are known to work during the early hours of the day, it is possible that she was not residing at this address, merely at her place of employment during the census taking exercise.
