Obituary

"Mary Lou "Sam" Drenning, 78, formerly of Kansas, Ohio, died at 4:50 a.m. Monday, March 14, 2005 in the Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Fostoria, where she was a resident. She was born Dec. 5, 1926, in Kansas, Ohio, to the late Olvid and Helen (Hedden) Yoder. Her husband, Dallis A. Drenning Sr., died July 10, 1991.Survivors include: sons, Harold Drenning of Pensacola, Fla., Dale Drenning of Martin, David Drenning of Norwalk and Dennis Drenning of West Millgrove; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Robert and Dale Yoder, both of Kansas, Ohio. A son, Dallis Drenning Jr., also is deceased. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 17, 2005, at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home. Internment will be conducted in Kansas Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, at the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home in Fostoria."
