- ↑ At the time of the sale of the Yonge Street property in 1840, Mary Arnold was living with her two sons and had to sign away her dower rights on the property. I have view the bill of sale and the other documents produced at the time.
Isaac Arnold moved to Pickering Township on the sale of the Yonge Street property. His mother probably went to live with him. However, no further evidence of her exists.
The documents were stored at the Markham Museum, Markham, Ontario, Canada
