pp. 147-48: John Jett had a son Francis and daughter Abigail. "It may be worth noting that the (second?) wife of Francis Triplett was named Abigail."
↑ Her maiden name is unknown, but there has been speculation that she was related to Francis Triplett, whose will left items to Francis, the son of Mary's probable son John [TAG 9(1932):147]. However, there is also speculation that John Jett's wife Elizabeth was the daughter of Francis Triplett (John and Elizabeth had a son Francis and a daughter Abigail - Abigail was the name of Francis' wife [TAG 9(1932):148]), which was the reason for the legacy.
