    26 Jul 1739
    Whereas Capt John Williams of Stonington, New London County, Conn did some time past marry with Mrs. Mary Helme widow & Executrix to will of Christopher Helme her former Husband late of South Kingstown deceased & whereas the sd John Williams hath not complied with the law of this colony in that case made & provided; thus ordered that sd John Williams be summonsed to appear next TC to give bond to this council with sufficient sureties for the Admin of Estate of the sd Christopher Helme deceased.
