1860 census shows Samantha Cloney age 15 and John R Cloney age 13 living with Cicero and Mary. These could possibly be Mary's children from previous marriage.

Cicero Turners wife was Mary Jane Clark. Mary Jane's sister Angeline Clark (daughters of John Boyd Clark) would have a grand daughter Mary Belle Bable who marries Mary Jane Clark's grand son James Turner Clark.
