Note: After the death of her second husband, Asa Maxson, Mary lived with her son Charles Potter, at Adams, and about a year later lived with her son-in-law, Joseph Spicer, in Hopkinton, and still later lived with her daughter, Mary Rogers, in Waterford, CT, where she died Apr 7, 1851 in her 90th year. She is buried in the Hopkinton church cemetery.
