    James Verdier and Mary his wife, late Mary Snodgrass, Plaintiffs, against Stephen Snodgrass, Jane Reed, James Reed, John Reed, Elizabeth Reed, Sarah White, late Sarah Reed, Robert Reed, Maria Reed and Priscilla Reed, children of Wallace Reed and Catharine his wife, Robert Evans and Isaac Evans, children of Ann Evans, dec'd, Maria Louise Shepherd, Andrew Thompson Shepherd, Helen Mary Shepherd, James Verdier Shepherd, William Shepherd and Ann Elizabeth Shepherd, children of Susan Shepherd, dec'd, who was a daughter of Sarah Verdier, dec'd, Richard Chapman and Maria his wife, late Maria Verdier, daughter of Sarah Verdier, dec'd,
    Robert Snodgrass, William Snodgrass, Edward R. Forman and Priscilla his wife, late Priscilla Snodgrass, the said Stephen, Catharine, Ann, Sarah, Robert, William and Priscilla being the children of Robert Snodgrass, sen. dec'd., Defendants, In Chancery.
    The defendants Jane Reed, James Reed and John Reed, not having entered their appearance, and given security according to the act of assembly and the rules of this court, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that they are not inhabitants of this state -- It is ordered, that the said defendants, Jane Reed, James Reed and John Reed, do appear here on the second Monday in November next, and answer the bill of the plaintiffs, and that a copy of this order be forthwith inserted in the Martinsburg Gazette, and be posted at the door of the Court House of this county.
