Mary V. Donnelly HOPE — Mary V. Donnelly, 94, died Thursday, Oct. 23, 2008. She was born April 12, 1914, in Waverly to Charles and Flora (Lorson) Riedy. Preceded in death: husband, Earl; two brothers, Joseph and Lawrence Riedy; infant son, Dennis; and a great-grandson, Nolan Petersen. Survivors: son, Kevin, Manhattan; daughter, Susan Wilson, Gypsum; six grandchildren; and three brothers, Edwin, Charles and Raymond Riedy. Parish rosary: 7 p.m. Sunday, followed by visitation at Carlson-Becker Funeral Home, Hope. Friends may call at the funeral home until the service. Mass of Christian burial: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, at St. Columbia Catholic Church, Elmo. Memorials: to the church or Hope Community Education Endowment Association, in care of the funeral home.
