Spinstress and Widow and Relict of Thomas Thayer of Mendon Gent'n Deceased", dated 7 Aug 1740, proved 4 Feb 1745/6, names son Thomas Thayer; son Samuel Thayer; sons David Thayer, John Thayer, and William Thayer; daughter Mary Albee; daughter Temperance Legg; daughter Elizabeth White; daughter Margaret Smith; daughter Jemima Baxter; granddaughter Priscilla Taft; granddaughter Elizabeth Thayer; granddaughter Mary Thayer daughter of son David Thayer; grand daughter Ruth White. Son John to be executor.
    Codicil dated 14 Oct 1743, noting legacy for daughter Mary Albee to go to her daughters Mary Wood, Martha Sheffield, Elisabeth Allbee and Margaret Albee; legacy for daughter Temperence Legg to go to her daughters Margaret Legg & Jemima Legg; granddaughter Mary Thayer daughter of David Thayer having deceased her legacy to grandson David Thayer son of David Thayer.
