[[Note: we follow Source:Leonard, Ermina Newton. Newton Genealogy, p. 503, in showing this Mary marrying Joseph Graves. There is clearly an inconsistency and the explanation is not known, since the death of the first daughter named Mary is after this birth of the second daughter named Mary. Most likely one or other of the dates is off by a year. Less likely, it was this Mary that died in January 1731/32, implying there were three Marys, since we know one lived to adulthood.]
