Will of WILLIAM MOORE.
I WILLIAM MOORE of County of Fairfax ... desire that my Executrix if she shall think there is more stock belonging to my estate than she can maintain do dispose of all or any part and one half of the money I give to my son, JAMES MOORE ...
the other half I give the use thereof during her natural life to my loving wife, MARY MOORE & after her death I give to my son, JAMES MOORE, but if my Executrix should not dispose of the whole or any part of my Stock I give to my said wife, MARY MOORE, the whole or that part which shall remain unsold to use during her life so long as she shall remain a widow ...
after I give all said Stock to my son, JAMES MOORE.
To my wife, four slaves ... after her death to my son, JAMES ...
my will that the mortgages I have on the lands of JOHN ANDERSON be foreclosed according to law which said lands I give to my son, JAMES.
I give unto my son, SAMUEL MOORE, one shilling sterling;
unto my daughter, SARAH LITTLEJOHN, (same) ...
