    "Mary (Mellen), m. Phineas Upham."
[Note: Wyman lists, apparently in birth sequence: Mary, b. 8 Jul 1661, James, b. 14 Apr 1663, Mary m. Phineas Upham, Richard b. 24 Apr 1665. There is no explanation for having two Marys, no death date of the first is found, no separate birth for the second given or found, no death date of Mary Upham is given or found, and the resultant spacing is very unusual, suggesting this is some sort of editing error where the birth of James was inserted in the middle of Mary's information, making it incorrectly appear as if there were two daughters named Mary. ]
