21 Aug 1802: Ebenezer Slate of Gill in the County of Hampshire Yeoman and Martha Slate wife of the said Ebenezer And Ezra Meelen of Warwick in s'd County Yeoman And Otis Capnon [sic] of Winchester in the State of New Hampshire Clothier and Mary wife of said Otis and Samuel Mellen of Barry in the State of Vermont Hatter and Joseph Mellen of Winchester in the state of New Hampshire Yeoman and Amory Mellen of Alstead in said State Hatter and Luther Mellen of Alstead of the same State aforesaid Hatter for $600 quitclaim to Gilbert Mellen of Orange Innholder all claim to the Estate of our Honoured Father Samuel Mellen late of Warwick Deceased.
