Will of Mary Coffer, dated 3 Jan 1741.
Mary Coffer of Truro Parish in the County of Prince William being sick and weak of body.
To my son Francis Coffer all that tract of land lying in the forest of Pohick containing three hundred and seventy eight acres joyning to the land of Henry Ward on the North run of Pohick which land was entered by his father Francis Coffer before his death and hath been by me since cleared out of the office and the deed for the same made out in my said sons name.
Unto my daughter Mary More the wife of William More one shilling sterling as her full part of my estate either real or personal.
It is my will and desire that all the rest of my estate of what nature or kind soever whither real or personal may be equally divided between my two sons Thomas Withers Coffer and Francis Coffer and my daughter Ann Ferguson and I do appoint my said sons Thomas Withers and Francis my executors.
