Hardin Tribune Herald, 28 Jul 1949 Former Local Woman Dies at Wyola

Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 26 at 1 p.m. at the Wyola Baptist church for Mrs. Lee Dornberger of Sioux City, Iowa, former resident of this area. Burial was in Custer Battlefield National cemetery, beside the body of her husband.

Mrs. Dornberger, 68, died at 4 a.m. Friday, July 22, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Shreve of Wyola.

For many years Mrs. Dornberger made her home in and near Hardin before moving to Sioux City. She became ill while visiting at the home of her daughter in Wyola.

Besides Mrs. Shreve, she is survived by another daughter, Kathryn Elizabeth Reno, and a son, Rex, of Newcastle, Wyo.
