Mrs. Mary Willis WilkinsonJune 18, 1905 - January 29, 2008 Mrs. Mary Willis Landram Wilkinson, age 102, passed away in Haywood Park Community Hospital, Brownsville, Tennessee, Tuesday, January 29, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband: John Hannon Wilkinson; a son: John Pillow Wilkinson; four brothers: William Welford Barrett Landram; Ewell Franklin Landram; Judge James Lyttleton Landram; Eugene Pendleton Landram: and one sister: Percie Landram Anderson. Mrs. Wilkinson was born June 18, 1905 in Noel, Hanover County, Virginia to the late Willis Franklin Landram and the late Mary Elizabeth Noel Landram. She was a homemaker, a member of Brownsville Baptist Church and a member of the David Craig Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. Graveside funeral services will be conducted in Woodland Cemetery, Ashland, Virginia, at 11:00 AM, Sunday, February 3, 2008 with her grandson, Rev. Bill Gruenewald officiating. Mrs. Wilkinson is survived by one daughter: Patricia Wilkinson Gruenewald and her husband, Carl, Brownsville, TN; three grandchildren: C. William Gruenewald III and his wife, Terri, Hendersonville, TN; Katherine G. Watts and her husband, Allen, Brownsville, TN; and Pamela Dawn Wilkinson, Oxford, MS; five great-grandchildren: C. William Gruenewald IV, John S. Watts, David L. Watts, Jade Wilkinson, and Jasmine Wilkinson; and one niece: Martha A. Gross, Brownsville, TN. Memorials may be made to the Lottie Moon Offering for Foreign Missions, c/o Betty Jo Goff, Brownsville Baptist Church, P. O. Box 177, Brownsville, TN 38012. Visitation will be Thursday, January 31, from 5:00 until 7:00 PM in the Brownsville Funeral Home.
