Mrs. Mary E. Clark, 57, Meyersdale R.D. 3, died Nov. 22, 1978 at home. She was born July 2, 1921, in Larimer Township, daughter of late FrankKennell and Pearl (Collins) Clark-Watkins.She was preceded in death by husband, Earl L.She is survived by mother and step-father, Ira Watkins Sr., Frostburg,Md., and these children: Carl, Meyersdale R.D. 3; Carol, wife of CecilPetenbrink Jr., Garrett R.D. 1; and Helen, wife of William Young, NorthCanton, Ohio; also nine grandchildren. She was a sister of Mrs. CatherineWatkins, Mount Savage; Mrs. Beatrice Harden, Frostburg; Mrs. AlphiaSharpless, Bellaire, Md.; and Ira Jr., LaVale, Md. She was an employee ofMeyersdale Manufacturing Co.Friends were received at Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale. Serviceswere held at Greenville Lutheran Church with the Rev. David Fetterofficiating. Interment, church cemetery.
