She remarried David Blandford 14 August 1918 at Newcastle upon Tyne (1918 quarter 3 NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE Volume 10B Page 233)

Parents possibly Arthur Higgins (from marriage certificate) labourer born in Lanarkshire Baethwell about 1842 and Mary born about 1857 in South Shields, Durham. In 1911 they had two children born but only one still living, the other was Bridget B Higgins born in Jarrow 1877 They claim to have married in 1881. None of these dates make much sense.
