  3.   "Genealogical Notices of the Descendants of Secretary Rawson", NEHGR, Vol. 3, p. 302, says David Rawson married "Mary, daughter of Capt. John Gulliver, of Milton". However, Source:Hotchkiss, Fanny Winchester. Winchester Notes, p. 37, notes that David Rawson "in right of his wife" received a share of the division of property of Jonathan Gulliver of Milton, and Jonathan's daughter is the only one found in the Milton records. Ironically, the Winchester source does not show Mary as a child in Jonathan's family though her birth is one line above that of Hannah (Gulliver) Winchester in the published Milton records, and while it mentions David Rawson several times, it never once specifies which daughter he marries. The second son (first was David) was named Jonathan, no son named John.
