    Mrs. Mary Caroline Buffington, widow of the late Alexander Buffington, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Barber, near Beaver Dam, Friday morning at 3.30 o'clock, 88 years of age. She is survived by two sons, Willliam E., of Baltimore and Ira B. of McKinstrey, and one daughter, Mrs. Barber.
