Sebastian Thomson accused of ejecting Wm. Hayden from 1 dwelling 1 house 1 tobacco house 100 acres of land and pasture which Thomas Davies and Mary his wife, and Wm. Arthur and Grace, his wife had demised to him for a term which had not yet expired.
Tennant in possession - Mary Cecile, a widow.
Plea-nothing in bar.
Thomas Davies and Mary his wife and Wm. Arthur and Grace his wife remain undefended.
