She is survived by a son, Phillip James Tullis and wife Andrena Vedros Tullis of New Orleans; daughters, Cindy Tullis Ellis Duet of Houma and Julie Tullis Head and husband Stanley D. Head of Carencro; brothers, Levry Fonseca of Vacherie and Kermit Fonseca of Houma; grandchildren, Chandler S. Tullis and wife Amy, Cason Tullis, Kelley Keesee Allen and husband Jim, Brennan Head, Justin Head and wife Jessica, Daniel Head, Anne-Kathryn Head Johnston and husband Shawn, Matt Ellis and Rusty Ellis; and great-grandchildren, Janna Head and Chandler Tullis Jr. Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, James "Jim" Tullis; parents, Jean Paul Fonseca and Victoria Knobloch Fonseca; brothers, Cyrus Fonseca, Douglas Fonseca, Ernest Fonseca, Jean Paul Fonseca Jr. and Berwick Fonseca. She was a homemaker and parishioner of St. Gregory Church. In lieu of flowers, enrollment of Masses preferred to St. Gregory Catholic Church, 441 Sixth St., Houma, LA 70360 and Hospice of Acadiana, 2600 Johnson St., Suite 200, Lafayette, LA 70503.
