Entered into life [sic] June 15, 1907 at 2:20 p.m. a loving mother, a sympathizing friend, a devout Christian. Mrs. Page was a daughter of Daniel and Christina Delo and was born in Beaver township this county, June 6, 1828. She untied in marriage with the late A.K. Page, October 16, 1851. Mr. Page died about seven years ago. Of their children four sons, W.E., B.F., .James M. and George B. survive; also two daughters, Mrs. N.B. Rowley of Chester, w. Va. and Mrs. M.E. Longnaker of Wilkinsburg. Mrs. Page came of a well known and highly esteemed family. Of her eleven brothers, some were soldiers, others ministers and one a musician of unusual attainments. By her quiet and consistent life Mrs. Page contributed her full share to the honor of the family name. Four brothers survive her. They are G W. Delo, Springfield, Mo.; Rev. B.F. of Clarion; H.L., Altoona; and T.B. of Elmira, N. Y. For several years the deceased had been an invalid but her last illness began last Thanksgiving day. She had invited the family to dinner but during the day she was taken ill and the usual Thanksgiving joy gave way to anxiety concerning the mother's condition. From that time on her health began to decline rapidly until the end came on June 15'h. During all the weary days her faith was strong and her serenity never failed her for a moment. She loved the Word and rested wholly on its precious promises. Mother Page was a woman of deep religious nature. She first professed faith in Jesus Christ in the Lutheran church at the age of fifteen; in 1854 she united with the First Presbyterian church of Clarion of which she remained a faithful member to the last. The funeral service was held from her late residence on Liberty St. on Tuesday afternoon at 2:20 o'clock and was conducted by Rev. William F. Fleming. The interment was in the family plot on Cottage Hill.
