Gender Female
Birth[1] 27 Oct 1686 Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts, United States

MD, p. 23:148, "Jonathan Delano's Will", will of "Jonathan Delano of Dartmouth" dated 17 Dec 1720, bequeaths to "my daughter Mercy Hatch". Thus she could not have been the person mentioned in "William Spooner of Dartmouth & Mercy Delanoe of Duxborough were married November ye 25th Anno. 1713." (Duxbury Vital Records, MD, p. 11:24). That Mercy (Delano) Spooner was still married to William Spooner at the time Jonathan's will was written and so would not have been referred to as Mercy Hatch (shown by, for example, Source:Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts, United States. Vital Records of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, to the Year 1850, p. 1:261, "Spooner, Mercy, d. William Jr. and Mercy, Aug. 20, 1721").
