    FHL film 2456 is the early LDS Church membership records for Nutrioso, which I have viewed. Her record made when she was living definitely shows 5 Jul 1824. In the various censuses she reports her age as follows with 3 out of 4 as an 1824 birth and 1 out of 4 as 1822:
    1850: 26
    1851 Iowa: 27
    1860: 36
    1870: 48
    This would lead us to conclude 1824, but it is not so easy since she had one sister after her: Laney Ann Adair. Laney’s tombstone says born 2 Jul 1824. In censuses, Laney reports:
    1850: 25
    1860: 36
    1880: 55
    Also Mary Ann herself did Laney’s temple work in St. George in 1877 believing she had died. She was actually living in Texas and died either 1881 or 1882 depending on the source believed. Mary reports Laney’s birth simply at 1825.
    Currently I use 5 Jun 1822 since there is some conflict.
