    Marvin E. McQuern, 83, 608 E. Green St., died at 9:33 a.m. July 16, 2003, in St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital.

    Mr. McQuern attended Michigantown and Frankfort schools. He was a farmer and former member of Boyleston Baptist Church.

    He was born August 11, 1919 in Clinton County to Royal and Mary Kay Smith McQuern. He married Annabelle Harshman on July 13, 1946, and she survives.

    Also surviving are one son, Ed (Connie) McQuern of Whitland; one brother, William "Bill" (Miriam) of Bonita Springs, Florida; four grandchildren and four great-grandchldren.

    One sister preceded him in death.

    A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday in Greenlawn Cemetery with Glenn Forney officiating.
