1 Jul 1833: Levina Houghton, widow of Martin Houghton late of Bolton deceased declines administration and requests Abraham Wilder (a son in law there being no son of age) and Amory Holman be appointed. 1 Jul 1833: Bond of Abraham Wilder Blacksmith and Amory Holman Esquire as administrators of Martin Houghton late of Bolton deceased. 1 Jul 1833 (warrant), 11 Jul 1833 (appraisers sworn), 1 Oct 1833 (exhibited): Inventory: personal: $1162.23, real $3677.50, by Joseph Sawyer, Caleb Wheeler, Alpheus Moore. 14 Feb 1834: Petition to sell real estate, signed by Levina B Houghton widow; Silas Bailey Jun'r guardian for sons Lewis and Charles; Abraham Wilder guardian for son Alfred and granddaughter Sabra Barns; Samuel S. Houghton guardian for son Amory; Abraham Wilder and Lucinda H Wilder his wife; John G. Case 31062: 23 Dec 1833: Petition of Levina Houghton widow of Martin Houghton deceased who left Lewis B. Houghton and Charles S. Hougton ages 8 and 6 and requests her brother Silas Bailey be appointed their guardian.
