Greene County, TN Court Records: 16 May 1826, The execution of a Deed of Conveyance from James Walker, Margaret Kilgore, Samuel Walker, Martin Fry and Lettice Fry husband and wife to Henry Henegar dated 9th day of May 1826 for 200 acres of land was duly proven by the Oath of John M. Kilgore. As to the execution thereof by James Walker, Margaret Kilgore and Samuel Walker and the same being duly proven as to the execution thereof by the Oath of Adam Wilson. As to all the parties before mentioned and the same was admited to Record.

Present day came William Hall and Sarah his wife, William Chapman and Elizabeth his wife, Samuel Henderson, William Grant and Abigail his wife, Joseph Craigmiles and Bathsheba his wife, Jean Kilgore, John M. Kilgore and Lydia his wife, Merryman Payne and Dorcas his wife, Jacob Rinehart and Mary his wife, and John Henderson heirs at law of John Henderson dec'd and John Henderson and Merryman Payne the personal Representatives of the said John Henderson dec'd and with leave of the court say that they claim no Interest in the subject matter in Dispute in this cause, and they hereby disclaim all Right, Title or claim to the same, and they prey to be hence dismissed with their reasonable costs in this behalf expended. Court adjourned until Tomorrow morning at 9 O;Clock.
