Obituary, Ottumwa Courier: Martin Church CHARITON Martin E. Church, 82, of Sun Lakes, Ariz., died March 1, 2002. He was born Jan. 19, 1920, in Eveland to Ed and Myrtle Church. He married Patricia Tullis in 1940; she died in 1999. He is survived by his wife, Florence of Sun Lakes; daughters Carol French of Portland, Ore., and Sue Johnson of Phoenix, Ariz.; a son, Ed of Blakesburg; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Services were held March 8 at St. Steven's Catholic Church in Sun Lakes.
