Martha Robertson signed for her portion of her father's estate, given to her by her mother Rebeckah on 18 January 1764, as follows:
- January ye 18th 1764. Then Recv’d of my Mother Rebeckah Robertson, full satisfaction of my Father’s Estate – I say Rec’d by me.

- [Note: since Martha's husband did not sign, as some of the other sons-in-law did, it appears Martha may have been a widow when she signed. The handwriting on this document is difficult to read, but her husband's name appears to be "Janifrow", or something very similar. Additional research is necessary].
