"Baptized Decem. 5, 1675. Mr. Johna Raymond, his children. Joshua, Elizabeth, Anna, Hannah, Mary, Martha, Experience." In The Waterman Family, Donald Lines Jacobus stated that Martha was "b. prob. 1666" and that is logical, given the known birth dates of her siblings.

13 Aug 1702 Samuel Avery and "Elizabeth his wife, only daughter & heir of Jonathan Raynsford late of Boston, dec'd." conveyed land and house in Boston to John Sunderland of Boston.

  4. Per the order named in the baptism, Martha is between Mary b. 12 Mar 1671/72 and Experience b. 20 Jan 1673/74, which would probably be in the Jan-Mar 1672/73 timeframe. As her daughter was married by 1702, that would require both mother and daughter to be married by age 15 to satisfy this arrangement.
