At Edmeston on the 8th inst., of the inflammation of the lungs, Martha, wife of Daniel Coon, Jr., aged 28 years. She professed religion in early life, and in her death her husband is called to mourn the loss of a dutiful and affectionate wife; and four children the loss of a tender mother.

   At West Edmeston, N. Y., April 4th, 1875, Mrs. Martha Coon, widow of the late Daniel Coon. She was a steadfast and consistent believer in Christ, and a worthy member of the 1st Seventh-day Baptist Church of Brookfield. She survived the death of her husband but a few months, and in death her memory will be cherished by children, relatives, and friends, as a kind and devoted mother, a steadfast friend, and an esteemed neighbor and member of society.
