    - To wife Ann, extx, dwelling plantation ___ and personalty during widowhood; should she marry, personalty to dau Martha Linch and heirs.
    - To granddau Martha Linch and heirs, personalty at decease of her mother.
    - To dau Rebecca Gray, personalty; she dying without issue, to children of dau Martha Linch. Land to be divided equally between them both.
    - Son Patrick Linch to have his part on that side of the branch where he now lives and to possess the same during life.
    - Granddau Martha Linch to enjoy that part of land belonging to Martha Linch after the decease of her mother.
    - Dau Rebecca Gray and heirs to have dwelling plantation on this side of the branch ; dau Rebecca dying without issue, her portion to pass to granddau Martha Linch and heirs.
