   Mark E. Brant, 38, of Garrett RD 1, died Sept. 1, 1996, at Somerset Hospital.  Born May 21, 1958, in Meyersdale.  Son of Dale and Frances (Horning) Brant of Garrett RD 1.  Survived by wife, the former Renee Bittner, and daughters, Amber and Autumn.  Brother of Mrs. Roger (Debra Lynn) Sarver, Mrs. Jeff (Diane) Landis, and Mrs. George (Susan) Walker, all of Garrett RD 1, and Mrs. Craig (Lori) Bush of  Salem, Oregon.  Also survived by father-in-law and mother-in-law, Clarence and Hazel (Miller) Bittner, Meyersdale RD 4; sister-in-law, Mrs. Raymond (Theresa) Baer, Meyersdale RD 1, and numerous nieces and nephews.  1976 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School.  Employed by PBS Coals.  Member of the Beachdale Church of the Brethren, where he served as trustee and youth adviser.  Family will  receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.  Viewing from 1 p.m. until service at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Beachdale Church of the Brethren, Rev. Larry Black.  Interment,  Beachdale Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be given to the Beachdale Church of the Brethren Building Fund, RD 4, Box 91, Berlin, Pa., 15530.
