U.S. Marine Veteran and Charter Member of South Suburban Marine Corps League. 35 year employee of the Chicago Heights Police Department-Juvenile Division. Wife for 59 years of James E. Newquist; daughter of the late Viola, nee Prox and Peter A. Heiman; sister of the late Helen Seaver; loving aunt, friend and neighbor of many. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, June 21, 10 a.m. at St. Liborius Church, 35th St. and Halsted Blvd., Steger. Inurnment of ashes and Military Honors immediately following Mass in Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood.
