Marion Shive, 89, of White Haven died Saturday in Mountain View3 Nursing and Rehabilitation Center,Hazle Township.
Born in White Haven, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Julia Krause Shive, resided in the White Haven area all her life and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
Marion graduated from Foster Township High School and worked at the Pentagon after high school to support the war effort. She was employed by Miss Toni Fashions in Hazleton,prior to retiring, was a member of the International Ladies' Garment Worker's Union.
Marion was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her sister, Harriet Shive Davis, and nieces, Gloria Davis MacLaren and Linda Kelper Quinn..
She is survived by her sister, Lillian Keiper and her husband, Henry, Pocono Lake.
